Terms of Service

VendiSite is a business-to-business tool that finds and scores candidate vending locations and helps operators run outreach to them. Access is currently limited. We may change, suspend, or withdraw features, and we may revoke access to an account, without prior notice.

You must be able to form a binding contract and you must be using the service for a business purpose. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what anyone you invite does with it. Tell us at [email protected] if you believe an account has been compromised.

Candidate records, scores, contact details, and signals are assembled from third-party and public sources and from automated inference. They can be incomplete, stale, or wrong. Verify anything you intend to act on. A score is a ranking aid produced by criteria you configured, not a representation about a business.

We make no promise about lead quality, placement rates, revenue, or any other commercial outcome.

Outreach is the part of this service most able to cause harm, so the rules are specific.

• Send only messages you have a lawful basis to send, and comply with the marketing and anti-spam law that applies to you and to the recipient.
• Do not remove, disable, or work around the unsubscribe link, and do not contact an address after it has been suppressed.
• Do not use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or bulk unsolicited messages unrelated to vending placement.
• Do not present someone else as the sender, or misstate who you are.

We may suspend outreach for an account that generates spam complaints or that we reasonably believe is breaking these rules.

• Do not attempt to access another account, another operator's data, or any part of the system you were not granted access to.
• Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute lead data as a data product.
• Do not upload third-party confidential data you are not authorized to hold, and do not upload special category personal data.
• Do not probe, load-test, or interfere with the service, and respect the rate limits.
• Respect the terms of the upstream sources whose data appears in the product.

You keep ownership of the records, notes, templates, and files you put into VendiSite. You grant us only the permission needed to host, process, and display that content in order to run the service for you. We do not sell it and we do not use it to build products for anyone else.

These links are authorized by a token in the URL rather than by an account, which means anyone holding the link can use it. Treat them as you would a key. Do not post them publicly if you do not intend them to be used by whoever finds them.

The service is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that discovery runs will find anything in a given period.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You will cover us against claims arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms, including claims about outreach you sent or data you uploaded.

You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to [email protected]. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or if we stop offering the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive it.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and material changes will be flagged to account holders in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
